For Quick Sauce:

Tomato Ketchup

Garlic
chopped finely

Oregano

Green Chilli

Instructions
▢
First mix up the quick sauce together.
▢
Take couple of bread slices and spread the sauce over it.
▢
Sprinkle one slice with onion, capsicum, olives, cheese, coriander leaves, salt and oregano. Top with other slice. Make one more sandwich like this.
▢
Oil a grill maker or a sandwich maker or a tawa. Place the sandwich in and grill for 5 to 6 mins till golden.
▢
Remove it carefully and cut into wedges.
▢
Serve.
