Grilled Pizza Sandwich
I was thinking what to make for lunch, i felt like having something cheesy, but was too lazy to make pizza because i have to whip up pizza dough and stuffs like that. So i decided to try out a sandwich recipe which has all the ingredient which we add in a pizza. And guess what it was a super hit.
I am sure if you make this for your little one they will love it for sure. You can wrap this in foil and give them for lunch as well. I served it with some french fries which i made for my little one and had it with a cup of fresh grape juice. It was divine..

Ingredients for Grilled Pizza Sandwich
- Bread Slices - 4
- Onion - ½ small chopped finely
- Capsicum - ¼ chopped finely
- Olives - 2 tbsp sliced
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for Grilling
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup grated
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp finely chopped
For Quick Sauce:
- Tomato Ketchup - 4 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves chopped finely
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely
How to make Grilled Pizza Sandwich
- First mix up the quick sauce together.
- Take couple of bread slices and spread the sauce over it.
- Sprinkle one slice with onion, capsicum, olives, cheese, coriander leaves, salt and oregano. Top with other slice. Make one more sandwich like this.
- Oil a grill maker or a sandwich maker or a tawa. Place the sandwich in and grill for 5 to 6 mins till golden.
- Remove it carefully and cut into wedges.
- Serve.
