20 Prawns Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder Oil for deep frying For Marinating: 2 teaspoon Chilli Powder 2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice ¼ cup Cornstarch or as needed 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 sprig Curry leaves torn into small pieces Salt to taste Water few spoons if needed
Mix prawns with salt and turmeric powder. Set aside for 10 mins.
Add it to a pot and keep cooking it for 2 to 3 mins untill the raw smell leaves from it and it is half way cooked. Now remove it to a bowl and let it cool down.
Now add in all the other ingredients and mix well. Leave it for 5 mins.
Deep fry in oil till crispy.
Drain and serve.
