Ingredients
  

  • 15 to 20 Prawns cleaned
  • 1 teaspoon Oil -
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped finely
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 1 medium Onion chopped finely
  • 1 Capsicum / Bell Pepper chopped finely
  • For Batter:
  • ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup Corn Starch
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
  • Oil for Deep Frying
  • For Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Green Chilli Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  • Take batter ingredients in a bowl, add water slowly and make it into a semi thick batter.
  • Dip each prawn in batter and fry till golden. It should be crispy. Drain onto some paper towel and set aside.
  • Now heat oil in a pan, add in garlic, ginger, chillies and onion and fry for a min.
  • Add in peppers and saute for 3 mins or so.
  • Add in sauce and cook till it is thick and glossy. Cook for few more mins till it is dried up..
  • Add in fried prawns and toss well.
  • Add in spring onions and toss well..Serve
