Ingredients
  

For Salad Dressing

  • ¼ cup Cream
  • 3 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 no Garlic peeled & minced
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For Grilled Prawns

  • 300 grams Prawns deveined & cleaned
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder or Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Flavouring Avocado

  • 1 no Avocado peeled & sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

For Assembling Salad

  • 4 cups Ice berg Lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing in a bowl, it will get thick and creamy. Place it in fridge until ready to use.
  • Take prawns in a bowl. Sprinkle salt, pepper and spice powders evenly over the prawns. Heat oil in a pan, place prawns on the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 1 minute. Now add in butter and lemon juice and toss well. Remove and set aside.
  • For flavouring avocado, take slices of avocado in a bowl. Add in salt and lemon juice. Toss well and set aside.
  • For assembling salad. Take lettuce in a plate, place avocado, top with grilled prawns and salad dressing. Serve immediately.
