Creamy Prawn Salad Recipe – Shrimp Salad Recipe with step wise pictures.

Delicious salad made using prawns and tossed with crispy lettuce and creamy dressing. Taste so yummy and is very easy to make.

Creamy Prawn Salad Recipe

Delicious salad made using prawns and tossed with crispy lettuce and creamy dressing. Taste so yummy and is very easy to make.

Ingredients

FOR DRESSING:

  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  • Cream or Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Mustard powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Vinegar to taste

FOR SALAD:

  • Prawns - 300 grams
  • Iceberg lettuce as needed
  • Garlic - 4 cloves chopped finely
  • Cayenne Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Coriander leaves - 3 tblsp chopped finely
  • Olive Oil - 2 tblsp

Instructions

  • Mix prawns with salt, pepper, garlic, coriander leaves, cayenne. Heat olive oil and cook till prawns is done. Set aside.
  • Mix all ingredients for dressing and set aside.
  • Mix lettuce with prawns and dressing.
  • Serve immediatelty.

Pictorial:

1)Take mayonnaise in a bowl

2)Add cream

3)Add mustard powder

4)Add pepper and salt

5)Add vinegar

6)Add sugar. Mix well and sauce is done

7)Take prawns in a plate

8)Add salt and pepper to taste

9)Add some cayenne powder.

10)Add some chopped garlic

11)Add chopped parsley

12)Mix well

13)Heat olive oil in a pan

14)Add prawns

15)Saute till prawns are cooked

16)Take lettuce leaves in a bowl

17)Add sliced onions

18)Add cooked prawns

19)Add in the dressing

20)Mix well

21)Serve
