Radish Capsicum Masala Recipe with step by step picture. This is made with Radish, Capsicum and Onions

- 2 large cubed Radish
- 1 cubed Capsicum / Bell pepper
- 1 large chopped Onion
- 1 large chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Green Chilli
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder / Malli Podi
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- For Grinding:
- 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds / Khus Khus / Kasa kasa
- 10 Cashewnuts
Take cashew and khus khus in a blender and make it into a fine puree.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and crackle cumin and fennel seeds.
Add in onions and green chillies. Saute it for a min.
Add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add in radish and capsicum, toss well in the onion mix.
Add in the spice powder and salt.Saute it for a min. Add in tomatoes and garam masala powder.
Add in water and pressure cook it for 4 whistle, simmer it for 10 mins. Switch off the heat and let the pressure go all by itself.
Open the cooker add in the cashew paste. Cook it for few more mins till it get thick.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve with rice or roti.
