Radish Capsicum Masala Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Radish, Capsicum and Onions.
Radish Capsicum Masala
This is my own invention. Last saturday, DH and me visited our local veg shop, i found some beautiful looking pink radishes..Even though i am not a big fan of radishes, I picked a three of them. I like to add them to parathas and sambar. This time i wanted to try out a new recipe with it.
I had a small capsicum on had, so decided to use both of them. Made it into a masala dish. I didn't use coconut in this. You can pair this with roti or even with hot rice.So give this a try and let me know how it turned out.
