- Dosa Batter - as needed
- Butter as needed
- Onion - as needed chopped finely
- Tomato - as needed chopped finely
- Capsicum / Bell Peppers - as needed chopped finely
- Pav Bhaji Masala or Garam Masala as needed
- Green Chutney as needed
Heat a tawa. Spread dosa batter over it, spread it evenly.
Add some butter and green chutney. Spread it over.
Sprinkle onions, tomatoes, capsicum, pav bhaji masala over it .
Spoon some more dosa batter over it and spread it. Cook till bottom crisp up.
Dollop some butter over it, flip over and cook till the bottom is done. Cook on low heat.
Remove and spread some butter.
Cut into wedges and serve.
