Chocolate Icing recipe, a basic icing recipe made with just three simple ingredients. This simple cocoa glaze is made with icing Sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder and milk. This is a Perfect icing to drizzle over cakes, cupcakes or even sugar cookies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Icing Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Hot Milk or as needed

Instructions
 

  • Sieve icing sugar and cocoa powder if you find it lumpy. Take it in a mixing bowl. Heat milk in a sauce pan or in microwave.
  • Pour hot milk slowly very little at a time and mix well using a whisk. If you are making a large batch, you can use an electric beater but mix them on low speed till it reaches the desired consistency.
  • You can use this to decorate cakes, cupcakes, birthday cakes, layer cakes or even brownies. Leftover cake be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator.
