Strawberry Panna Cotta Recipe, is an Italian classic dessert with a strawberry twist. Delicious melt in mouth pudding made with milk, cream, gelatin, strawberries, sugar and vanilla. This is a delicious, creamy, and delicate dessert. This pudding is melt in mouth and the fresh strawberry sauce goes really well with it. Each mouthful is a wonderful experience.
Take gelatin in a bowl, add in some cold water and let it bloom for 5 mins.
Now take strawberries and sugar in a blender. Make it into a smooth puree. Reserve ¼ of the sauce into a container for serving on top. You can store this in fridge until ready to use.
Take milk, cream, sugar, bloomed gelatin in a sauce pan and heat it on low heat mixing constantly. Now the gelatin must have melted. Take it off the heat and let the mix cool for 10 mins.
Now add in vanilla extract and the remaining strawberry puree. Mix well.
Pour this into 2 moulds and put it in fridge for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
When un-moulding, Dip the mould in hot water and unmould.
Drizzle with the reserved strawberry sauce over it and top with some fresh strawberries. Enjoy.
