    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Setting Time : 5 to 6 hours
    Cooking Time : 10 mins
    Serves : 1 or 2

    Ingredients:

Strawberries - 15 chopped + extra for serving on top
    Sugar - 4 to 5 tblspn
    Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp
    Milk - ¼ cup
    Cream - ¼ cup ( I used Amul 25% fat fresh cream)
    Gelatin / China Grass - ½ tsp
    Cold Water - 2 tblspn

    Method:

Take gelatin in a bowl, add in some cold water and let it soak for 5 mins.

Now take strawberries and sugar in a blender. Make it into a smooth puree. Pour ¼ of the sauce into a bowl for serving on top.

Now take milk, cream, gelatin mix in a sauce pan and heat it on low.

Now the gelatin must have melted.

Take it off the heat and let the mix cool for 10 mins.

Now add in vanilla and the strawberry sugar mix. Mix well.

Pour this into moulds and put it in fridge for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.

When demoulding, Dip the mould in hot water and unmould.

Pour some strawberry sauce over it and top with some fresh strawberries.

    Enjoy.
