Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1.5 cup crumbled Tofu or Paneer
  • 1 medium size Onion chopped finely
  • 1 Tomato chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder / Malli podi
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder / Jeera Podi
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 6 Bread Slices

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add in onions, salt and sugar. Cook till it turns golden.
  • Add in the spice powders and tomatoes. Add a splash of water and cook till the tomatoes turn mushy.
  • Add in the crumbled tofu and mix well. Add corianderleaves and toss well.
  • Take a bread slice, spoon some filling in, sandwich with other bread and toast it in a toaster or grill pan or a tawa.
  • Serve
