6 Bread Slices Sandwich Bread Butter as needed For Green Chutney: ¼ cup Coriander Leaves ¼ cup Mint Leaves 1 Green Chilli ½ teaspoon Sugar Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Water as needed For Red Chutney: 4 Dry Red Chillies I used kashmiri 1 fat clove Garlic ¼ cup Tomato Ketchup Water as needed
Grind both chutney separately and set aside.
Take a slice of bread, spread butter and green chutney evenly.
Now top with another slice of bread, spread some more butter and red chutney evenly.
Top with another slice of bread and spread butter on both sides of the sandwich.
Place this in a grill pan or grill toaster and grill till golden.
Remove it and cut into wedges.
Serve hot.
