For Masala:

grated Coconut

Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf

Ginger Garlic Paste

Chilli Powder

Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi

Instructions
▢
Take raw banana, peel em and slice them at a angle, so you end up with a long slices.
▢
Boil water with salt in a sauce pan, once it reaches a boil, add in the banana and cook till the banana is tender. it will take around 3 to 4 mins.
▢
Drain it and allow it to cool down.
▢
Take masala ingredients in a blender and make it into a fine paste.
▢
Apply the masala all over the banana, and leave it to marinate for 10 mins.
▢
Heat oil for pan frying. Add the marinated bananas in oil and fry till crispy on both sides. Drain and serve.
