- ½ cup Mayonnaise I used eggless
- 1 medium Carrot grated
- 2 Spring Onion white and green chopped finely
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
- 6 to 8 Bread Slices
Take all ingredients except bread in a bowl and mix well.
Take bread slices and trim off the edges. Spoon the filling in and spread evenly. Cover with another slice of bread.
Cut into finger like slices and serve.
