Veg Finger Sandwich Recipe – Veg Tea Sandwich Recipe

This is a simple yet healthy sandwich to put together. Yes i said it is healthy because the mayo which i used here is eggless mayo so it is healthy than the sandwich which you make using regular mayo..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Makes : 3 to 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup ( I used eggless)
Carrot – 1 medium grated
Spring Onion – 2 white and green chopped finely
Coriander leaves – 2 tblspn finely chopped
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Bread Slices – 6 to 8


Method:

Take all ingredients except bread in a bowl and mix well.

Take bread slices and trim off the edges. Spoon the filling in and spread evenly. Cover with another slice of bread.

Cut into finger like slices and serve.

Take all your ingredients
prepare your veggies
take grated carrots in a bowl
add in coriander leaves
add in spring onion white part which is finely chopped
add in spring onion greens
add little mayo
mix well
to spice it a little,add some chilli flakes
mix well
take your bread slices
cut off the edges
spoon some filling in
spread it evenly
cover with another slice
cut them
serve
i went for a thin layer of the spread. u can apply it as thick as you want

    This one turned out really very good….having a bite my lil one said awesome mum…they jus loved it!jus replaced the spring onions with cucumber grated n squeezed the water n added it!thx for the receipe
