This is a simple yet healthy sandwich to put together. Yes i said it is healthy because the mayo which i used here is eggless mayo so it is healthy than the sandwich which you make using regular mayo.

Ingredients for Veg Finger Sandwich
- Mayonnaise - ½ cup ( I used eggless)
- Carrot - 1 medium grated
- Spring Onion - 2 white and green chopped finely
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Red Chilli Flakes - ½ tsp
- Bread Slices - 6 to 8
How to make Veg Finger Sandwich
- Take all ingredients except bread in a bowl and mix well.
- Take bread slices and trim off the edges. Spoon the filling in and spread evenly.
- Cover with another slice of bread.
- Cut into finger like slices and serve.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise I used eggless
- 1 medium Carrot grated
- 2 Spring Onion white and green chopped finely
