Ingredients
  

  • 6 no Papdi
  • 1 large Potatoes peeled, cubed and boiled
  • 1 cup Chana / Chickpeas boiled and drained
  • 2 tablespoon Green Chutney
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind Chutney
  • 1 medium Onion peeled & chopped finely
  • 1 medium Tomatoes chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon Chat Masala Powder as needed to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice as needed to taste
  • 3 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Sev / Oma podi as needed for topping
  • Kara Boondhi as needed for topping

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together. Serve immediately with some papdi.
