Ingredients
  

For Chicken Filling

  • 2 large Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Mixed Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese grated

For Egg Wash

  • 1 no Egg

Instructions
 

  • Make pizza dough as per the recipe and allow them to rise. Let it rise.
  • Take chicken in salted water. Bring it to a full boil, simmer the flame and cook on low for 8 to 10 minutes. Now the chicken must be cooked. Remove from water, set aside for 15 minutes. Chop it into small pieces.
  • Take chicken in a bowl, Add in mayo, salt, sugar, pepper, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, cheese and mix well. Your topping is done.
  • Take a portion of dough and divide it into three portion. Now roll the dough into rope like, seal the top and start braiding. Swirl the braid to make a roll. Place the rolls on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Let the buns rise for 15 to 20 mins.
  • During the last 10 mins or rising. Preheat oven to 220 degree C (440 degree F).
  • Take the buns and Brush the top with egg. This prevents the filling make the buns soggy. Spoon some filling on top. Bake for 20 to 25 mins. It will toasty and golden.
  • Remove from oven and allow them to cool. Serve.
