Cauliflower fry is also known as gobi fry which is made with boiled cauliflower tossed with spice powders, ginger, garlic, breadcrumbs and rice flour to create super crispy cauliflower fry. Heat water, salt and turmeric in a sauce pan. Bring it to boil. Add cauliflower in it and cook till tender. Strain in a colander and allow it to cool down. Transfer it to a bowl.
Take cooked gobi in a bowl, add all ingredients except oil and mix well. You can add a splash of water to bring it together.
Heat oil for deep frying. Drop each cauliflower in and fry. Deep fry till golden brown. Strain and serve.

Instead of cauliflower, you can use broccoli too.
You can use any of your favorite spices or seasoning to flavour the fried cauliflower.
Dried oregano, italian seasoning can be used for flavourings.
Breadcrumbs and rice flour adds crispy texture to the cauliflower.
