Cranberry sauce is a sweet and tangy sauce made with dried cranberries and cranberry juice. This is a jelly-like or chunky sauce that tastes so good like the fresh ones. Since dried cranberries are available throughout the year, you can make and enjoy this cranberry sauce anytime you want. Serve this with bread, turkey roast, chicken roast or with mashed potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Dried Cranberry
  • 2 cups Cranberry Juice
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take cranberry and juice in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Simmer this for 15 mins till it is reduced.
  • Now add in sugar and cook for a further 10 mins. Now turn off the heat and set aside to cool.
  • Once cooled, take it in a clean jar and store in fridge.
