Grilled Vegetable Masala Sandwich Recipe

This Grilled Vegetable Masala Sandwich is a simple and tasty sandwich made with everyday vegetables cooked in basic Indian spices. The veggies are chopped small, sautéed until soft, and mixed with a bit of tomato ketchup and lemon juice to balance the flavors. Once the filling is ready, it’s layered between slices of bread and grilled until crispy on the outside. The result is a warm, flavorful sandwich that’s crunchy on the outside and soft and spicy on the inside. It’s great for breakfast, a light lunch, or even as an evening snack with a cup of tea. It doesn’t take too much time to prepare, and it’s a good way to use up leftover vegetables.
