- 2 cup Cream Cheese I used hung curd
- 2 cup Nutella
- ¼ cup Icing Sugar
- 250 grams Digestive Biscuits I used milk bikis
- 75 grams Unsalted Butter melted
- ½ cup Cashews or any Nuts chopped finely
Crush biscuits in a blender or in a ziploc bag using a rolling pin. Take it in a bowl. Add in melted butter and mix well.
Spoon this in the base of a 23 cm round cake pan. Spread it evenly and chill this in freezer till you make the filling.
Now take hung curd, icing sugar in a bowl and whisk well. Add in nutella and mix well.
Spoon this over the biscuit base and chill overnight in fridge,
Top this with chopped cashews and un mould. Slice and serve.
