Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Cream Cheese I used hung curd
  • 2 cup Nutella
  • ¼ cup Icing Sugar
  • 250 grams Digestive Biscuits I used milk bikis
  • 75 grams Unsalted Butter melted
  • ½ cup Cashews or any Nuts chopped finely

Instructions
 

  • Crush biscuits in a blender or in a ziploc bag using a rolling pin. Take it in a bowl. Add in melted butter and mix well.
  • Spoon this in the base of a 23 cm round cake pan. Spread it evenly and chill this in freezer till you make the filling.
  • Now take hung curd, icing sugar in a bowl and whisk well. Add in nutella and mix well.
  • Spoon this over the biscuit base and chill overnight in fridge,
  • Top this with chopped cashews and un mould. Slice and serve.
