Instructions
▢
Take condensed milk in a bowl, add in cocoa powder and mix well.
▢
Add in cream and use a beater to whip till soft peaks are formed.
▢
Now take a plastic container, pour some chocolate sauce or syrup over it. Spoon the icecream in and freeze.
▢
Scoop and serve.
