Pita bread salad bowl is one of the easy, delicious and filling salads made with crispy pita bread, chicken, onion, tomato and cucumber. The pita bread is toasted until crunchy which adds an addictive bite to the salad. Everything is mixed with a creamy mayonnaise yogurt spice dressing which adds flavour without being heavy.
Take pita bread. Cut into triangles. Pop that in a baking sheet and bake in a 150 degree C oven for 12 to 15 mins till it is golden. Set aside to cool.
Mix salad dressing ingredients together in a bowl till creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Now divide the pita chips between two bowl, top with onions, cooked chicken, tomatoes and cucumber and pour dressing on top. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
