Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Soya Chunks cooked
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 medium Onions sliced thinly
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 1 Tomatoes sliced thinly
  • ½ Bell Pepper / Capsicum sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add in ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Saute for a min.
  • Add in onions, chillies and saute till golden. Add in salt and mix well.
  • Add in tomatoes and capsicum. Saute for few mins.
  • Now add in ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well. Add in little water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add in soya chunks and mix well.
  • Add in garam masala powder and pepper powder. Toss well and simmer for 5 to 10 mins.
  • Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve.
