- Soya Chunks / Meal Maker - 2 cups cooked (Recipe here)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 1 tsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp finely chopped
- Garlic - 1 tsp finely chopped
- Curry leaves a spring
- Onions - 1 medium size sliced thinly
- Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
- Tomatoes - 1 sliced thinly
- Bell Pepper / Capsicum - ½ sliced thinly
- Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
How to make Soya Chunks Pepper Fry Recipe
- Heat oil in a pan. Add in ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Saute for a min.
- Add in onions, chillies and saute till golden. Add in salt and mix well.
- Add in tomatoes and capsicum. Saute for few mins.
- Now add in ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well. Add in little water and bring it to a boil.
- Add in soya chunks and mix well.
- Add in garam masala powder and pepper powder. Toss well and simmer for 5 to 10 mins.
- Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve.
