    Soya Chunks Pepper Fry Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Soya Chunks, Onion, Capsicum, Garam Masala and finished with black pepper.

    Soya Chunks Pepper Fry

    Soya Chunks can be a perfect vegetarian protein rich food. It is highly recommended for vegetarians. I have started including it in our diet as it can be a meat substitute. This taste so delicious as well. Hope you will try this out and let me know how it turns out for you.

    Ingredients for Soya Chunks Pepper Fry Recipe

    • Soya Chunks / Meal Maker - 2 cups cooked (Recipe here)
    • Oil - 2 tbsp
    • Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 1 tsp
    • Ginger - 1 teaspoon finely chopped
    • Garlic - 1 teaspoon finely chopped
    • Curry leaves a spring
    • Onions - 1 medium size sliced thinly
    • Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
    • Tomatoes - 1 sliced thinly
    • Bell Pepper / Capsicum - ½ sliced thinly
    • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
    • Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
    • Vinegar - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
    • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon finely chopped
    • Water as needed
    • Salt to taste

    How to make Soya Chunks Pepper Fry Recipe

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add in ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Saute for a min.
    2. Add in onions, chillies and saute till golden. Add in salt and mix well.
    3. Add in tomatoes and capsicum. Saute for few mins.
    4. Now add in ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well. Add in little water and bring it to a boil.
    5. Add in soya chunks and mix well.
    6. Add in garam masala powder and pepper powder. Toss well and simmer for 5 to 10 mins.
    7. Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
    8. Serve.

    squeeze the meal maker
    done

    toss well
    now it is golden
    add little salt
    mix well
