Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds / Saunf / Sombu
  • 1 medium size chopped finelyOnion
  • 2 slit Green Chilli
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 large chopped finely Tomato
  • 1 tspChilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 large chopped finely Carrot
  • 10 chopped finely Beans
  • 1 peeled and cubed Potato
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai, Add in fennel seeds and let them splatter.
  • Add in onions, green chillies and saute them for 5 mins or so.
  • Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  • Add in tomatoes and cook till mushy.
  • Add in the spice powders and mix well.
  • Add in veggies and salt and mix well. Add in water and cook for 15 mins or so, till the veggies are done.
  • Add in coconut milk and mix well. Simmer for 5 mins or so.
  • Add in peas and mix well.
  • Serve.
