Coconut Oil - 1 tblspn
Fennel Seeds / Saunf / Sombu - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
Green Chilli -2 slit
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
Tomato - 1 large chopped finely
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Carrot - 1 large chopped finely
Beans - 10 chopped finely
Potato - 1 peeled and cubed
Frozen Peas - 1 cup
Coconut Milk - 2 cups
Water as needed
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a kadai, Add in fennel seeds and let them splatter.
Add in onions, green chillies and saute them for 5 mins or so.
Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Add in tomatoes and cook till mushy.
Add in the spice powders and mix well.
Add in veggies and salt and mix well. Add in water and cook for 15 mins or so, till the veggies are done.
Add in coconut milk and mix well. Simmer for 5 mins or so.
Add in peas and mix well.

|add in fennel seeds|
|add in onions and green chillies|
|saute for few mins|
|add in ginger garlic paste|
|add in tomatoes|
|cook till mushy|
|add in turmeric and chilli powder|
|add in garam masala powder and mix well|
|add in the veggies|
|add in salt|
|cover with water|
|now the veggies are done|
|add in coconut milk|
|add in peas|
|mix well and let it heat through|
