Start with biscuit base, Take biscuits in a bowl, crush biscuits slightly. I like texture in my crust, so I use a rolling pin and crush the biscuits in a bowl. Add melted butter to the crushed biscuit and combine well. Take a removable base cake pan, add the biscuit into the pan. Spread evenly using a spatula. Now press firmly to line the base. Once the base is lined place the pan in fridge or freezer to set for at least 30 minutes.
To make cheesecake filling, it is super easy. Take cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, lemon juice in a bowl and use an electric beater to combine this for just 40 seconds to 1 minute.
