    Strawberry Cheesecake

2012 is very special to me, because i had my life memorable day on that year, Yes my wedding day. I got married to my high school sweetheart after 7 years of struggle. Right now we are happily married for 8 months.

So many sweet things happened to me in the past year, my wedding, started baking business which took my passion to the next level, Got my own SLR Camera from Hubby, my first winning experience  and it goes like that...I even had few frustrating part on 2012..I hope everyone had their own happy and sad time in this year, lets forget the sad and keep the happiest moment on our heart and kick start 2013

    About Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

A cheesecake is a sweet dessert with one or more layers. The main, thickest layer is made up of a soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar. If there is a bottom layer, it is usually a crust or base made of crushed cookies, graham crackers, pastry, or occasionally sponge cake.

    FAQ

What's the Difference Between Baked and No-Bake Cheesecake?

The main difference is that there are no eggs in a no-bake cheesecake, and it "sets" by chilling in the refrigerator. A baked cheesecake contains eggs in the recipe, is baked in a water bath, and then chilled in the refrigerator.

What is the difference between New York style cheesecake and regular cheesecake?

Heavy cream and sour cream are used in regular cheesecake to thin the batter and create a silkier, creamier texture. New York cheesecake is dense and rich because it is high in cream cheese. Extra cream cheese isn't the only thing that distinguishes New York cheesecake.

What does strawberry cheesecake taste like?

Cheesecake has a tart, sweet, creamy, and tangy flavour! Strawberry
cheesecake, which appears to be a popular yoghurt and ice cream flavour, has the same sweet tanginess as the others but with fresh strawberry notes.

Congratulations on your 2012 wedding and I hope that 2013 is a great year for you as well.

The first cheesecakes I ever made were no-bake ones for my father though he preferred cherry filling.

@aarthiSorry u cannot make whipping cream at home, even if you make you cannot whip it like store bought. You can get whipping cream powder in online stores. And i will share jam recipe soon, yes u can put fresh strawberry on top to. But make sure you cut it and sprinkle sugar over it. This way it will be sweet and saucy

Aarthi...thanks a lot for sharing the unique recipes. I made mango cheese cake for my anniversary and it was a huge hit and thanks to you :). I am going to try this cake for this weekend. 1 quick doubt what is the difference between these two types. You had used gelatin for mango cake and lemon here.
