    Spicy Mutton Fry Recipe - Lamb Fry Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Spicy and delicious mutton fry which is melt in mouth and crispy at the same time. This taste so yummy with plain rasam rice or as a appetizer.

    Its been a while since i shared any mutton recipe here. Yesterday hubby bought some mutton and i made two recipes for you all. It is this one and a mutton curry . Both of them turned out so good.

    Ingredients

    • Mutton - 500 grams boneless
    • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tblsp
    • Coconut Oil - 3 tblsp
    • Garlic - 10 cloves
    • Green Chillies - 4 slit
    • Curry leaves a handful
    • Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
    • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp

    Instructions

    • Take mutton, salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste in a pressure cooker. Add little water and cook for 5 to 6 whistle. Set aside and let the steam escape by itself. Open and remove the meat into a bowl.
    • Once the meat is cooled. Add spice powder, salt and lemon juice and mix well.
    • Heat oil in a kadai. Add garlic, curry leaves and chillies and saute for few seconds.
    • Add in mutton pieces and mix well.
    • Fry till golden brown.
    • Serve.

    1)Take mutton in a pressure cooker

    2)Add salt and turmeric powder

    3)Add in ginger garlic paste

    4)Add little water

    5)Cook for 5 to 6 whistle

    6)Now it is done

    7)Drain the meat alone

    8)Add chilli powder, pepper powder

    9)Add garam masala powder

    10)Add in lemon juice

    11)Mix well

    12)Heat coconut oil in a pan

    13)Add in curry leaves

    14)Add in garlic

    15)Add in green chillies

    16)Saute till golden

    17)Add mutton

    18)Mix well

    19)Cover and cook for few mins

    20)Cook till golden

    21)Serve

    21)Enjoy
