Carrot & Cucumber Tea Sandwich Recipe with step wise pictures.

Carrot & Cucumber Tea Sandwich Recipe. Delicious and healthy sandwich made using carrots and cucumber which is super easy to make and taste so good.

Mayonnaise sandwiches are great for travelling, picnic or putting in lunch boxes. This carrot and cucumber sandwich taste great and is perfect to put in your kids lunch box. This is a no cook sandwich and taste amazing. The filling can be made a day in advance and put in fridge for the next day.

You can make this as a after school snack for your kids too.

Ingredients

  • Carrot - 1 chopped very finely
  • Cucumber - 1/2 chopped very finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
  • Bread Slices as needed

Instructions

  • Take carrots, cucumber and salt in a bowl and mix well. Leave to stand for 5 mins.
  • Squeeze out the veggies with your hands till all water is done.
  • Now take it in the bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayo and mix well.
  • Fill this in bread slices, remove crust off and cut it in half.
  • Serve.

1)Take carrot and cucumber

2)Cut carrots into thin julienne

3)Chop it very finely

4)Take cucumbers

5)Cut it into thin strips

6)Chop it very finely

7)Now it is done.

8)Take both of it in a bowl.

9)Add in little salt

10)Mix well and leave to stand for 5 mins.

11)Now take the mix in your hands

12)Squeeze and extract all the liquid.

13)Throw this liquid out

14)Take the veggies back in the bowl.

15)Add salt and pepper

16)Mix well

17)Add in mayo

18)Mix well

19)Take bread slices

20)Remove the crust off

21)Take the filling

22)Spread evenly

23)Cover with other slice

24)Cut into diagnols

25)Serve
