    Delicious paneer peas curry which taste great with chapati or naan. This curry is super easy to make and takes less than 30 mins to make.

    This is a easy curry which can be made in less than 30 mins. The tomatoes are blended along with the spices and then cooked down. The curry is super easy to make and taste amazing with chapati or naan.

    Ingredients
      

    • Oil - 2 tblsp
    • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
    • Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
    • Paneer - 200 grams cubed
    • Frozen Peas - 1 cup
    • Dried Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi Leaves - 1 tblsp

    FOR GRINDING:

    • Tomato - 4 chopped
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
    • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
    • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - 1 tsp

    Instructions
     

    • Take all grinding ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.
    • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it sizzle.
    • Add in onions and cook till golden
    • Add in pureed masala and cook till oil separates from it.
    • Now add water, paneer and peas and simmer for 10 mins.
    • Add in kasuri methi leaves and mix well.
    • Serve.
