Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 3 cups
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar or Lemon Juice - 1 tblsp
  • Olive Oil - 3 tblsp

Instructions

  • Take little water in a sauce pan, add a pinch of salt. Bring it to a boil.
  • Add in broccoli and cover and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Take onion, garlic, salt, chilli flakes, oil and vinegar in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Add in cooked broccoli and toss well.
  • Serve.

Pictorial:

1)Take little water in a pan. Add a pinch of salt.

2)Add broccoli in and cook for 1 to 2 mins.

3)Now it is cooked, drain and set aside.

4)Take chopped onions and garlic in a bowl.

5)Add salt, chilli flakes.

6)Add in vinegar

7)Add in olive oil.

8)Mix well

Pineapple Salad

9)Add broccoli.

10) Toss well.

11)Serve
