Yesterday was a unforgettable day in my life. puthuyugam Namma Ooru Namma Rusi Team visited our home to have a private cooking show session with me. I made three of my favorite dishes, mutton thoran, vendaikai kichadi and a varutharacha chicken curry. It was so much fun shooting and cooking. Enjoyed it to the core..Will share you the links once the show goes on live..
Yay..I made a frozen yogurt desert..Why am i excited this much, its because i can have lots of bowl without any guilty..Unlike my Mango icecream which makes me feel little guilty eventhough i gulped few bowls of it..
This desert is so easy to make, you can add any flavours or any fruits to it and customize it. So give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..

Notes:

Lovely. By the way the colour looks a deep orange that I first mistook it to be carrot ice cream. Is it because of the lighting? Good try with hung curd. Your display cup looks cute. Good job Arthi.
Delicious and colourful looking mango yogurt. Wonderfully prepared.

@Anonymousyes u can use thick greek yogurt
Instead of hung curd can I use paneer/cottage cheese?
@Anonymousno it affects the texture
What is different. Betwen frozen yogurt and Shrikhand
