    Samosa is one of my all time favourite snack. It is recently i discovered readymade frozen samosa sheets and i am love with it. you just make filling for the samosa and stuff them in this and fry them. So easy..I have already shared few samosa recipes in my blog..

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Cooking Time : 1 to 2 min per batch
    Makes : 20 samosa


    Ingredients:

    Samosa Patti - 20
    Oil - 1 tblspn
    Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 2 tsp
    Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
    Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    Potatoes - 2 large cooked, peeled and mashed
    Peas - ½ cup
    Salt to taste
    Sugar - ½ tsp
    Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
    Oil for deep frying
    All purpose flour / Maida - ¼ cup
    Water - as needed to make paste

    Method:

    Heat oil in a pan and add in fennel seeds. Add in onions, salt and sugar and cook till it is done.

    Add in spice powder and mix well. Add in peas and cook for 1 mins.

    Add in cooked mashed potatoes and mix well.

    Add in coriander leaves and mix well. Filling done.

    Take a sheet of samosa patti, lay it in front of you, spoon some filling in and fold it like a samosa.

    When u fold it to the end, apply the paste made with flour and water and fold it to stick it.

    Now heat some oil for deep frying, drop in the samosa and fry till golden.

    Drain and set aside.

    repeat with the remaining sheets as well

      Whenever i am using samosapatti it becomes more oily..can i bake them��
