Ingredients

  • ½ cup Ragi Flour | Finger Millet Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Curd | Yogurt
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water as needed

For Flavouring Batter

  • 1 small Onions peeled and chopped finely
  • 2 no Green chillies chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger peeled and chopped finely
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped finely
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Whole Black Pepper

For Cooking Dosa

  • 3 tablespoon Indian Sesame Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all your ingredients except oil to form a thin batter. The batter should be thin and not thick.
  • Heat a tawa, spoon some batter from a height to form holes when making dosa.
  • Drizzle oil around the sides and cook till golden. Flip over and cook. Serve.
