Ingredients
  

  • 12 pieces Chicken Lollipop
  • Oil for Deep Frying

For Marination:

  • 1 tablespoon Chilli Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Plain Flour | Maida)
  • 1 no Egg

Instructions
 

  • Mix chicken lollipop with all the marinating ingredients except cornstarch, plain flour and egg. Keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate. Just before frying add in cornstarch, egg and maida. Mix well.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, Drop chicken in hot oil, simmer the flame and cook on low heat for 10 mins till the chicken is cooked, Now increase the heat and fry the chicken on high heat for 5 mins or till the chicken get crispy and cooked. Strain and serve.

Notes

  • You can marinate the chicken and store in fridge upto 3 to 4 days.
  • Marinated chicken can be stored in freezer for upto a month. 
  • Instead of frying, you can air fry the chicken.
  • for restaurant style taste, add a dash of ajinomoto for restaurant taste, you can skip it.
