Carrot Sabzi Recipe
Carrot Besan Sabzi is a delicious side dish for rice or roti. It has gram flour tossed over it which makes it so tasty.
How to Make Carrot Sabzi
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and curry leaves,
- Add in carrots and salt and toss well. Cover and cook till done.
- Now add in chilli powder and turmeric and toss well.
- Add gram flour and saute for 5 to 6 mins.
- Serve.

Carrot Sabzi | Carrot Sabji Recipe
Ingredients
- Oil - 2 tblspn
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
- Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves a sprig
- Carrots - 2 chopped
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Gram flour / Besan - 2 tblspn
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and curry leaves,
- Add in carrots and salt and toss well. Cover and cook till done.
- Now add in chilli powder and turmeric and toss well.
- Add gram flour and saute for 5 to 6 mins.
- Serve.
