Carrot Besan Sabzi is a delicious sidedish for rice or roti. It has gram flour tossed over it which makes it so tasty.

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Oil - 2 tblspn
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp
Curry leaves a sprig
Carrots - 2 chopped
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Gram flour / Besan - 2 tblspn
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and curry leaves,
Add in carrots and salt and toss well. Cover and cook till done.
Now add in chilli powder and turmeric and toss well.
Add gram flour and saute for 5 to 6 mins.
|chop carrot into cubes|
|heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and curry leaves|
|let them sizzle|
|cover and cook for 10 mins|
|now it is done|
|add chilli and turmeric powder|
|add gram flour|
|toss well and saute for 5 to 7 mins|
