This is an Eggless cookie recipe. This requires simple ingredients and it taste so good. Actually speaking this just melts in your mouth.
Ingredients for Marble Cookies
- All Purpose Flour / Maida-150 gm / 1 ¼ cup
- Butter - 250 gms
- Cornstarch / Cornflour -240 gms / 1 ½ cup
- Icing Sugar / Confectioner Sugar - ¾ cup / 90 grams
- Cocoa Powder-2 tblspn

How to Make Marble Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 170°C(350°F).
- In a mixing bowl add in butter and sugar till fluffy and creamy.
- Sift in flour and cornstarch and mix well till it gets combined.
- Now divide into two portions and add cocoa powder in one portion and mix well till combined.
- Wrap it in plastic wrap and set in fridge for 15 mins.
- Take it out of the fridge and form balls out of it.
- Now take one plain ball and one chocolate ball and combine them together so that they form a marbled ball. (Check picture).
- Arrange them in foil lined tray and press them gently.
- Bake them for 15 mins. Remove them and let it cool completely.
- Store them in air tight container and serve with a cup of milk

For your followers located outside India ....can u also include the measurements in lbs/cups
for eg : 1 cup of flour etc

@Gauri Sangle DhatrakPowdered sugar is just normal granulated sugar powdered. Icing sugar is super fine sugar which is available in market, it has cornstarch added to it.

I don't know what I did wrong. The cookies came out really hard and too oily/buttery. The also spread out and lost the round shape. I followed the recipe exactly
