This is a simple ragda puri chaat which taste so delicious. When you are craving for chaat, this is a easy recipe to make. I used storebought puri in this, you can go ahead and make it at home too.

Ingredients
- Puri- as needed (Recipe here)
- Green Peas Curry as needed Recipe here
- Dates Tamarind Chutney as needed Recipehere
- Green Chutney as needed Recipehere
- Onion - 1 chopped finely
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Coriander leaves a handful chopped
- Sev as needed
- Chat Masala to taste
Instructions
- Take puris and crush it and put it on a plate.
- Spoon some green peas gravy in it.
- Now top with both chutneys.
- Sprinkle over onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle over chat masala powder.
- Now sprinkle with more chutney if needed.
- Top with sev.
- Serve immediately.
