- Bread Slices as needed
- Onion - 1 chopped finely
- Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
- Thick Unsour Curd - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Mix onion, chillies,salt, sugar and mix well.
- Add in curd and mix well.
- Add n cumin powder, chilli powder and mix well.
- Take bread and spread raita and cover it.
- Cook it golden in some ghee.
1)Take onions in a bowl
2)Add chopped green chillies
3)Add salt and sugar
5) Take some unsour curd or thick yogurt in a bowl
6)cream some yogurt really well
7)Add yogurt into the onions
8)Add cumin powder and chilli powder
10)Take two slices of bread
11)Spread raita on it
13)Cook till golden in some ghee
