Super delicious and pizza flavoured soft and moist muffins which taste almost like a pizza in a muffin form. This is super easy to make and is very delicious.

This is a very unique muffin which i came up with. I had some homemade pizza sauce on hand, i thought of using it in some recipes. So finally i made this pizza muffins. The muffin has pizza sauce and all the stuffs which you add in a regular pizza. The taste is just fantastic. Specially kids will love it.

I love baking muffins more than anything else. Not only because it is easy to make, but it makes a great thing to have as morning breakfast. I am not a big morning person, but i like to enjoy a warm muffin in the morning along with a cup of tea, coffee or in my case a cup of green tea.

Ingredients

• ▢ All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup 120 grams
• ▢ Baking powder - 1 tsp
• ▢ Salt ½ tsp
• ▢ Dried Oregano - 1 tsp
• ▢ Dried Basil - ½ tsp
• ▢ Pizza Sauce - ½ cup
• ▢ Egg - 1
• ▢ Oil - ¼ cup 60 ml
• ▢ Mozzarella Cheese - ½ cup

( My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

Instructions

  Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Line a muffin pan with cupcake cases and set aside.
• ▢
  Take flour, salt, baking powder, oregano, basil in a bowl and mix well.
• ▢
  Add in egg, oil, pizza sauce and cheese. Fold gently.
• ▢
  Spoon this into muffin cases. Top with more cheese.
• ▢
  Bake for 20 to 25 mins.
• ▢
  Remove and serve warm.

10)Fold gently. If the batter is too thick, add little milk.

11)Line muffin tray with cupcake cases
