Baking Time : 25 to 30 mins
Makes : 10 to 12 muffins
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 cup / 120 grams
Instant Oats – 1/2 cup / 45 grams
Mashed Banana – 1.5 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup / 100 grams
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda – 1 tsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Dates – 1/3 cup chopped
Oil – 1/4 cup / 60 ml
(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a muffin tray with cupcake case. Set aside.
Take mashed banana, sugar, oil, vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
Add in flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
Add in milk and dates and fold gently.
Now scoop the batter into muffin cases and bake for 25 to 30 mins.
Remove and let it cool.

|scoop the batter using a icecream scoop|
|spoon it into the cupcake cases|
