Rice Flour Dosa Recipe – Arisi Mavu Dosa Recipe – Chawal Ka Atta Dosa Recipe with step wise pictures.

Easy and quick dosa made using rice flour dosa which is fast to make than you think. Perfect with some coconut or tomato chutney.

My mom always make this dosa whenever we run out of dosa batter. This version is a quick version. I have one more version in where we used to add, chopped onions, chillies, curry leaves, pepper and coriander leaves. Will soon share that version with you all.

Ingredients

  • Rice Flour - 1 cup
  • Coconut - 3 tblsp grated
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for making dosa

Instructions

  • Mix rice flour with all ingredients to a thin batter.
  • Heat a pan, pour batter from a height.
  • Drizzle oil around the sides.
  • Cook till golden in the bottom.
  • Flip over and cook.
  • Serve.

6)Make a thin batter

7)Add in coconut

8)Mix well

9)The batter is pretty thin

10)Pour the batter from a height.

11)Flip over and cook
