    Banana Cream Cheese Muffins Recipe - Cream Cheese Banana Muffins with step wise pictures

    Super moist cream cheese stuffed banana muffins is perfect for breakfast or as a desert in any parties. This looks so cute and everyone will love it for sure.

    I love baking muffins more than anything else. Not only because it is easy to make, but it makes a great thing to have as morning breakfast. I am not a big morning person, but i like to enjoy a warm muffin in the morning along with a cup of tea, coffee or in my case a cup of green tea.

    I have shared so many types of muffins on my blog so far. I have many quite a few muffins over the past few weeks too, will be sharing all those soon.This muffins has bananas and creamcheese added into them. These ingredients makes the muffins so soft in the interior and it has a little crispy exterior.

    This special muffin has a cream cheese filling which makes it taste even more delicious.

    Ingredients

    FOR MUFFIN BATTER:

    • Egg - 1
    • Sugar - ¼ cup 50 grams
    • Brown Sugar - ½ cup 100 grams
    • Oil - ½ cup 120 ml
    • Yogurt - ¼ cup 60 ml
    • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
    • Banana - 2 mashed
    • Baking Soda - ½ tsp
    • Baking Powder - ½ tsp
    • Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup 120 grams

    FOR CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

    • Cream Cheese - ½ cup 60 grams
    • Egg - 1
    • Sugar - ¼ cup 50 grams
    • Wheat Flour - 2 tblsp

    MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ml

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Place cupcake cases on muffin moulds.
    • Start by making cream cheese filling, Take all ingredients mentioned for filling in a bowl and mix well.Set aside.
    • Now lets make muffin batter. Take egg, sugar, brown sugar, oil, yogurt, vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
    • Add in mashed banana and mix well.
    • Add in wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder. Fold gently.
    • Take a muffin pan, scoop some batter in the mould, top with cream cheese and then top with more batter.
    • Now bake this for 20 to 25 mins till it is done.
    • Remove and cool down.
    • Serve.

    14)Add mashed banana

    15)Whisk well.

    16)Add in wheat flour

    17)Add in baking soda

    18)Add in baking powder

    19)Mix gently

    20)Now batter is done.

    21)Scoop some batter in the mould.

    22)Top with cream cheese

    23)Top with more batter

    24)Bake till done

    25)Enjoy

      Great recipe. I forgot to add the egg but still came out moist and yum even though it went a little flat. Loved it
