    Banana Stem Juice Recipe - Valathandu Juice Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Healthy banana stem juice which is proven to clear kidney stone and other sickness. This is a perfect weightloss drink too.

    This drink has lots of medicinal benefits in them. Enjoy this regularly atleast once or twice a week. It is very healthy.

    Banana Stem Juice Recipe

    Ingredients
      

    • Banana Stem / Valathandu - 2 cups
    • Curd / Yogurt - ½ cup
    • Water - ½ cup
    • Salt to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Take banana stem in a juicer jar or regular blender.
    • Add water and grind to a smooth puree.
    • Strain the mix to a bowl.
    • Now add in salt and curd. Whisk well.
    • Serve.

        the stem will be hard, thin and you wont be able to peel it anymore.
