    Watermelon Ginger Cooler Recipe also known as watermelon ginger juice is a Refreshing summer drink made with watermelon, ginger juice, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Make a huge jug of it and enjoy throughout the day to stay hydrated.

    When it is hot outside, you need something that makes you cool from inside. Drinking cold water makes you cool instantly, but as per a research it increase your body heat. If you need the real comfort of cooling effect, you have to get used to the stuffs which nature provides us.

    One of that is watermelon. An awesome giant fruit which arrives just before summer, that is really amazing right. And another ingredient which is really really good for you is ginger. You can add cucumber in this juice as well, like my strawberry cucumber juice, and cucumber juice.

    Watermelon and Ginger are really good for you. But think about the combination of both, It makes you much healthier and works miracles in your body. And this is a drink which helps very much in digestion process. Check my strawberry milk popsicles.

    Watermelon Ginger juice is a beverage to enjoy with your breakfast and also great to sip on in the Sunny afternoon. Ginger is an excellent herb for reducing inflammation and is great for digestion and preventing stomach problems.

    Due to its extremely high vitamin A content, watermelon helps to protect and maintain
    the health of the skin. Ginger is an excellent herb for reducing inflammation and is great for digestion and preventing stomach problems.

    The one thing that I like about this juice is the pretty colour, check my rose strawberry lemonade and lemon mint juice for colourful juice.

    Ingredients

    • Watermelon - make sure you use seedless watermelon, else you might need to remove the seeds from it manually.
    • Ginger - try to use fresh ginger, as old ginger won't produce as much juice as fresh ginger and will make your ginger juice taste bitter.
    • Lemon - it totally depends on your taste. taste and adjust as much lemon juice as you need.
    • Sugar - you can use sugar, honey, maple syrup as sweetener.
    • Salt - a pinch of salt in your watermelon juice, helps with hydration in your body and enhances the taste.

    Step by Step Pictures

    1)Take watermelon cubes in a blender jar.

    2)Add in sugar, lemon juice, salt, ginger juice into the watermelon.

    3)Blend watermelon till it is smooth.

    4)Strain the juice to remove any pulp and seeds from it.

    5)This is your fresh watermelon ginger juice.

    6)Fill your serving cup with ice cubes and pour the juice over it. Enjoy immediately.

    FAQ

    What can I add in this juice instead of ginger?

    Mint leaves, basil leaves makes perfect flavouring for watermelon.

    Ingredients

    • 4 cups Watermelon peeled, chopped and seeds removed
    • 3 tablespoon Sugar or Honey
    • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
    • 2 tablespoon Ginger Juice
    • ¼ teaspoon Salt Optional

    For Serving

    • Ice cubes as needed

    Instructions
     

    • Add everything in a blender and blend well without adding any water.
    • Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve.
    • Take serving glasses and fill with ice cubes. Pour the juice into this and serve immediately.

      What an amazing drink and so easy to make! I am too lazy to make juice for parties and so I usually buy KDD harvest’s juices and make mocktails with them.. I’ll probably test this drink out on my family 😉 Is it okay to store this in the fridge? i hope it wont lose its flavor??
