Paneer Bonda Recipe
Ingredients
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Rice flour - ¼ cup
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 small chopped finely
- Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon grated
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Coriander leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
- Mint Leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
- Paneer - 1 cup cubed fine
- Water as needed
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients to a thick batter.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Drop batter in and fry till golden brown.
- Serve.
